This checklist is based on my experience with central European entrepreneurs so far.
I invite you to have a look and try to answer, even if just for yourself.
1. What is your purpose of internationalizing your business?
2. What are your products and services?
How do you produce and sell them?
3. What are the competences of your company?
Are they valuable, rare, not-imitable, not-substitutable?
4. Now some financial analysis: you don't need to give these numbers to me,
but it is important that you think about them: how much are your fixed
assets, profit, turnover, equity, borrowed capital, liquidity?
5. Which are your criteria to define your ideal customer or business partner?
6. What result must I achieve for you, in order for you to be satisfied
with our partnership? The more detailed and concrete you can be
on this point, the more effectively I can help you.
Well, you have just taken your first step.
